I’m Geraldine Ford, MBA, founder of Ford Compliance & Consulting, LLC. I started this firm because I’ve been where you are — navigating the pressure of large projects, dealing with complex regulations, and searching for real solutions, not just advice.

My career spans two decades at the intersection of business, government, and education. I’ve managed compliance for billion-dollar construction projects, designed business and marketing plans that win funding, and led teams through everything from crisis management to community outreach. When public agencies and private companies across New York State need results, they call me.

But my story isn’t just about projects and paperwork. I’m a U.S. Army veteran who learned what real leadership and accountability look like. I’ve served as Director of the Office of Contract and Supplier Diversity at New York State’s Empire State Development Corporation — helping small businesses get certified, win contracts, and grow. I’ve taught business, HR, and entrepreneurship as a college adjunct professor since 2013, turning complex ideas into practical skills for the next generation.

What sets me apart? I roll up my sleeves and partner with you. I know how to keep projects moving and teams motivated. I understand compliance inside and out — but I also know that success is about people, trust, and execution.
